Kennedy FitzGerald believe the foundation to providing high quality design and service to clients is to ensure staff are qualified with chartered professional membership and complete regular training in broad and specialist areas.
All staff, in line with RIBAs new ‘Core Curriculum’ guidance and the practice’s in–house training regime, complete a minimum number of CPD hours each year through a combination of lunchtime seminars from the construction industry, formal instruction and design project reviews within the office, individual study and specialist courses.
All architects are chartered members of the Royal Institute of British Architects. Key members of staff are also members of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland and are qualified in specialist areas including Health and Safety, Passivhaus Design, Conservation and BREEAM.
